A Commitment to Community Safety

The ADIC is a critical partner to our community’s local safety network and operations, serving as a hub for both communications and emergency service providers.

Critical Partnerships

The Almonte Clubhouse is in partnership with the following emergency-related service providers to better serve Almonte residents:

  • The Southern Marin Neighborhood Response Group (NRG)

  • The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and

  • The Southern Marin Fire District (SMFD) and

  • Safe Routes to School - Marin County (SR2S)

Importantly, in the event of an emergency, the Almonte Clubhouse serves as the Command Post for NRG, CERT, and SMFD. Emergency supplies provided by SFMD are stored at the Clubhouse and distributed by emergency professionals.

Emergency drills are also performed by relevant personnel twice per year, on the Sundays of Spring and Fall time change.
